In this episode I am joined by Evan Eichert, Solution Architect at Stitch Consulting. Evan and I met about three years ago when he was an end user for one of my first major Salesforce initiatives. Evan quickly progressed from an end user into a management position leading a centralized sales team powered by Salesforce, to a Salesforce Admin and eventually a Salesforce Solution Architect within the organization.

JP Owens is the Director of Banking & Lending at Silverline (Platinum Salesforce Partner). JP formerly served as the Director of Digital Product Experience at First Financial Bank, a $14B Cincinnati-based bank, where he led multiple functional teams within the Digital organization and was responsible for vision, delivery, and execution across Digital channels. Prior to serving as the Director of Digital Product Experience, JP also served as the hands on leader for CRM, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Director for the organization. JP managed a team of 20+ associates across Digital and Marketing supporting systems like Salesforce, nCino, Blend, Q2, Yext, TimeTrade, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and more.
